On my last day in Paris, I was able to steal away for a few hours and visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. It was a wonderful treat - filled with inspiring workspaces and beautiful creations from the legendary designer.
Each garment had so much detail - like these bead and sequin flowers from the cape above. It is apparent how much care and time went into each piece.
Beautiful and sophisticated silhouettes with bejeweled trimming as jewelry.
This silk dress is a playful riot of color and pattern.
I love to see other designer's workspaces - it is fun to think about them inhabiting their spaces.
Look who was waiting for me when I returned from Paris! The perfect welcome committee after the long flight!
